Q: Can we have our logo or company name on products?
A: Yes, your logo or company information can be embossed on mould when order qty. meets MOQ.
Q: Do you accept OEM order ?
A: Yes, OEM project is welcome.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we supply free samples with freight (express fee) at your cost.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: Generic order production time is 30 days for a full container. Detailed delivery time is to be discussed per order.
Q: What's payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit to start order, and balance to be paid before shipment) and L/C at sight.
Q: How do you ensure quality?
A: We inspect our product during the whole production process including sheet make, forming and cut & packaging. We can provide inspection pictures and shipping samples if necessary before shipment.
